Block 1: Knowing self -esteem
Discover what self -esteem is, How it affects your personal and work life, And how to identify emotional dependence.
Block 2: Self -esteem gestation
We will explore how the self -esteem and the impact of the inner child forms. In addition to how mindfulness can help you heal and connect with your conscious adult.
Block 3: Self -esteem construction
We will learn to identify the criticism and emotional wounds that affect your self -esteem.
Block 4: Hugging my self -esteem
We will use tools to change limiting beliefs and heal your internal dialogue. Besides, You will receive daily keys to maintain healthy and balanced self -esteem.
